With the funding provided by a Happy Valley Adventure Bureau tourism grant, a small group of business owners and community members are working together to co-create Route 45 Getaways, an event that we hope will become an annual tradition. Our goal is simple: we want to celebrate the beauty of our valley, showcase the farms, markets, eateries, wine, cider and breweries -- and strengthen the relationships between the villages, businesses and community organizations in and around Route 45. 

In order for businesses & organizations to be part of our 2026 event, we have one ask - host an art or music events anytime during the 10 days of the 2026 event.  This circle of support between our businesses and community organizations and our artists and musicians is the heart of our endeavor!

Many R45G destinations have asked us to help connect them with artists and musicians.  If you want to be included on the list, please fill out the form below.  The coordination of your event should transpire directly between you and the business/organization.  This includes financial agreements and logistics - yes, you should get paid!  Your show will be listed on the R45G event calendar after we receive confirmation from the business/organization.
