Rhoneymeade Arboretum & Sculpture Garden

Garden and Historic Site

Rhoneymeade is the historic 1853 farm house, farmstead, and conserved farmland of Leonard Rhone, an agricultural politician whose local achievements included founding the Grange Fair. Our organization's mission is to connect people to our site and to one another through activities in art, nature, history, and agriculture.

Sunday, July 27, 9:30AM-4:00PM: Foundations of Holistic Herbalism - THIS CLASS IS FULL

Establish a strong foundation on your path to learning herbal medicine with our Foundations of Holistic Course. This class sequence offers an excellent introduction to herbal medicine by combining of hands-on learning, lecture, projects and getting out in the field to harvest and create a variety of herbal medicines.

This is a multi-session course, with in-person sessions at Rhoneymeade on May 25th, June 22nd, July 27th, Aug 17th, Sept 21st. There is also a hybrid class with two in-person sessions at Rhoneymeade on June 14th and Sept 13th. Wednesday, July 30th, 6:00-8:00PM: CommuniTea Garden BYOC

Stitch, sculpt, sketch or just relax to tunes from Kevin Briggs while snacking on garden-fresh tea and baked goods in the gorgeous CommuniTea Garden at Rhoneymeade. 

All crafters (or non) are welcome to share their arts or enjoy those of others. We’re excited to host Kevin Briggs playing songs from his newly-released self-titled album, and we’ll be serving up herbal teas and baked goods made with fresh plants straight from the garden. Bring a blanket, bring a friend, bring your art, or just bring yourself! Families welcome.

Friday-Sunday, August 1st-3rd, 9:00AM-5:00PM: Mycofest

Come and join us from August 1st to 3rd, 2025, for the 11th annual MycoFest! It's going to be an unforgettable weekend at the stunning Rhoneymeade Arboretum & Sculpture Garden in Centre Hall, PA. Embraced by the beauty of nature, this special venue is the ideal backdrop for an enriching experience that brings together foraging, permaculture, rewilding, and community connection.
