Delectable Delights by Heather Luse will be hosting a "Cupcake Caravan" on Sunday, July 27 from 2-3:30. She will teach cupcake decorating techniques and attendees will go home with 4 of their own beautifully decorated cupcakes. Registration in advance is required.
